You do not need the vocabulary to get the value

Most AI explainers bury the useful part under acronyms and hype. Meanwhile, surveys find that many employees are stressed about change at work, struggle to see how AI fits their job, and lack confidence using it — and what they ask for most is plain training. The skill that matters is not reciting terminology; it is knowing what to ask, how to check the answer, and where AI fits your actual tasks.

How Unscary strips the jargon out

Unscary comes from B43's in-person AI training for companies, where the whole job is making AI make sense to busy, non-technical professionals. Every lesson is written in everyday language and anchored to a real workplace situation — an email to soften, a document to summarize, a question to sharpen. If a term does not earn its place, it does not appear.

What it looks like in the app

Open the app, take a short lesson, then do a hands-on rep — a real task, not a quiz about definitions. Points and streaks keep you coming back, and your personal progress report shows the skills you have actually built, described in words you would use with a colleague.
