Make AI fluency your team's edge

Coming soon to the App Store. We will email you the day it is ready.

The Unscary AI “Your path” screen. It mirrors the member's goal back as “You want to catch up and stop feeling behind,” then shows the four-rung climb, Automate, Standardize, Try and Recognize, with a “You're here” marker on Try.

The edge is the whole team, not the resident expert

Field research on AI at work found the largest productivity gains among the newest, least-experienced workers when an entire support team got AI assistance — the tools raise the floor. That is why fluency across a team compounds: every handoff, draft, and review gets faster. A single power user, by contrast, is just a bottleneck with better prompts.

A builder step in the Unscary AI app. The exercise reads “Now add the part that was missing,” showing a mock chat with a support-reply request and an empty Context slot, and a field below where the member writes the context to add.

How Unscary builds team fluency

Unscary is the app version of B43's in-person AI training for companies — the same practical curriculum, without the scheduling problem. Plain language wins over the skeptics on the team, and every lesson maps to real work rather than abstract theory, so fluency shows up where you measure output: in the daily tasks.

How it works for your team

Each person gets short lessons and hands-on reps that fit between meetings. Points and streaks make momentum visible; personal progress reports show who is growing and where practice is landing. The app is pre-launch on iOS — teams on the waitlist are first in line when it opens.
