Keep the workshop alive after the trainer goes home

Coming soon to the App Store. We will email you the day it is ready.

The Unscary AI “Your path” screen. It mirrors the member's goal back as “You want to catch up and stop feeling behind,” then shows the four-rung climb, Automate, Standardize, Try and Recognize, with a “You're here” marker on Try.

What the research says

“We replicated the experiment that yielded the famous forgetting curve describing forgetting over intervals ranging from 20 minutes to 31 days.”

“Only 47% of employees say they have received AI training and only 40% say their workplace has a policy or guidance on generative AI use.”

The post-workshop cliff is real

Memory research is blunt about what happens after a great training day: without reinforcement, recall of new material drops steeply within days. A modern replication of the classic forgetting-curve experiment confirmed the same steep decay the original found. Enthusiasm follows the same slope — unless practice keeps the material alive.

A builder step in the Unscary AI app. The exercise reads “Now add the part that was missing,” showing a mock chat with a support-reply request and an empty Context slot, and a field below where the member writes the context to add.

How Unscary carries training into habit

Unscary comes from B43, which delivers in-person AI training for companies. The app productizes that training into short daily lessons and hands-on reps, so the skills your team saw in the workshop get used again the next morning, and the morning after that.

What your team does each day

A few minutes a day: a short lesson, then a hands-on rep on a realistic work task. Points and streaks keep the habit visible; a personal progress report shows each person — and you — that the training is turning into skill rather than fading into a slide deck nobody reopens.

Give your team the day after the workshop, every day.
