Practical AI skills for project managers who are done drowning in status reports

Coming soon to the App Store. We will email you the day it is ready.

A game step in the Unscary AI app: “Guess the next card.” A sequence of playing cards, ace of spades, two of hearts, three of clubs, is shown with a blank next card, and four options to pick from.

What the research says

“Only 35% of projects today are completed successfully.”

Why status reports and plans eat the week

AI is genuinely good at the work that fills a project manager's week: drafting status updates from raw notes, turning a kickoff conversation into a first-pass plan, and summarizing risks before a review. Business research has long found that far too many projects fail to finish successfully — and time spent formatting reports is time not spent steering the work.

The Unscary AI Learn tab after a break: Grandma, the guide, says “It's been a while, Sarah. I kept your seat warm, and one small lesson starts the week back up.” The week strip shows the current day and a bar of three lessons a week, with the next Foundations lesson ready to start.

How Unscary teaches it

Unscary turns AI skills into short lessons and hands-on reps built around real project situations: draft the weekly update, tighten a plan, prepare talking points for a difficult stakeholder. You practice on tasks that look like your Tuesday, in plain language, with no jargon and nothing to install beyond the app.

What it looks like in the app

A few minutes a day: a short lesson, then a rep you complete yourself. Points and streaks keep the habit going, and a personal progress report shows what you can now hand to AI and what still needs your judgment. Unscary comes from B43, which trains company teams on AI in person — the app puts that training in your pocket.

Be ready before your next project kickoff.
